RedFX 48 Report post Posted May 22, 2007 A picture in the Detroit News shows Kronwall practicing with the team yesterday in Anaheim. I haven't heard anything about tonight, but is this an indication that Kronwall could be back soon, maybe by Game 7?

I haven't heard anything about tonight, but is this an indication that Kronwall could be back soon, maybe by Game 7? From what I understand, Kronwall has been skating with the team but isn't expected to be ready until the Finals, if at all. No matter how you look at it, if there is a chance that he will return at all this season, the Wings cannot afford not to have him practising with the team. Matt 1,049 Report post Posted May 22, 2007 He will not be returning to the lineup unless the Wings reach the Cup Finals. Remember that Zetterberg was skating regularly with the team for almost a month before returning to the lineup.
Sleight 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2007 As much as I would love to see kronwall back on the ice, now is not the time. There is no doubt he will be rusty and the Wings cannot afford to have him on the ice...anyone who has watched this series knows, one mistake and it could be the game.
