i read the book a while ago and thought it was great. but in the middle of it, where it has all the black and white pics of the rivalry, one of the last ones is a pic of osgood on top of roy in front of the red wings bench, and on the bench is scotty bowman, shanny looking down with a grin, stevie y and feds all looking over. it is such a classic picture and i was wondering where and how could i get a bigger one or even find it at all. thanks

I have that pic in 8X10, matted up to 14X20..... believe I picked it up at a sports store in Fenton..... can't recall the name, but alot of the card and memorabilia shops have books of pics..... that you can look through and buy the individual print for less than $10, used to be..... then you can mat and frame as you may like, as I did. That's how I got all my Stanley Cup pics, adn a couple of players with the Cup...... I have a Wings room..... I am not an obsessed fan, really! :cheesy::crazy::cup:

Yeah, that's it! Borg's Sports Stop. TONS of Wings stuff, and really cool original art. I fell in love with a charcoal of the Russian Five there one time........I''ll bet he would ship an 8X10 of that pic if somebody called him..... no hassle of on-line searching...... scratch that..... they are on-line......

 I like that term. :D

It really is economic exile.... if Michigan was doing ok, we would still be there..... at least here we have a chance to pay our rent.

It's not too bad, except for a real lack of respect for hockey..... and very few Little Caesars :yowza: - living here really shows how weak a market the South is for hockey...... the BoG and Bettman had to be insane to think these are decent expansion markets.

There's a mall off of Eurecha road that has a collectibles store in it with TONNES of photos of all the Detroit teams.

I can't remember the name of the mall (I'm from Windsor) but I believe there was a Target nearby. Hopefully that can narrow the name of this mall down.

From what I remember the prices were pretty high for framed photos but you could buy some out of the frame and they had quite a selection.

There's a photo I've wanted for years but have never been able to find. It was of Stevie standing up on the bench and yelling. It was a wide shot so you could see a lot of the other players on the bench. I saw this photo in a hockey pool magazine but never online or in any store.

I'd love to get this photo blown up, framed and set over my fireplace.
