Whoever wrote this article has no clue what they are talking about. Theres no way Lidstrom is going to get 7.6 ever again, let alone 10 million at the age of 39. Youd have to be a terrible GM to not be able to talk Lidstrom down to around 6M at the end of his career, Norris Caliber or not.
