Red Wings Dream Teams

I was bored and got this idea a while ago.

So, put together 4 lines of forwards with a 13th, and 3 sets of d with a 7th. And 2 goalies, for each time frame. As long as the player has played for the Wings during the certain time frame.

Mine:

1990's

Forwards:

Brendan Shanahan-Steve Yzerman-Wendel Clark

- Dream line for me

Slava Kozlov-Sergei Fedorov-Igor Larionov

- They always worked well

Bob Probert-Stu Grimson-Joe Kocur

- They'd kill everyone

Kirk Maltby-Kris Draper-Darren McCarty

-Always played great

Dougie Brown/Martin Lapointe

- Two of my favorites

Defence:

Nicklas Lidstrom-Larry Murphy

- Always worked well

Vladimir Konstantinov-Slava Fetisov

- Always worked well

Chris Chelios-Paul Coffey

- They'd compliment each other nicely imo.

Bob Rouse/Jamie Macoun

- Gritty guys, good depth.

Goalies:

Mike Vernon

- One of my favorite goalies

Chris Osgood

- Great back-up

2000's

Forwards:

Brendan Shanahan-Steve Yzerman-Todd Bertuzzi

- A line I used alot on NHL06

Henrik Zetterberg-Pavel Datsyuk-Tomas Holmstrom

- Amazing chemistry

Luc Robataille-Sergei Fedorov-Brett Hull

- Best 3rd line ever

Kirk Maltby-Kris Draper-Darren McCarty

- Same reason as before

Daniel Cleary

- He's my favorite player behind Yzerman, I wanted him on it.

Defenceman:

Nicklas Lidstrom-Chris Chelios

- Worked awesome in the playoffs

Brian Rafalski-Mathieu Schnieder

- 2 great amercain defencemen, I'd imagine they'd play well

Steven Duchesne-Mathieu Dandenault

- French connection :P

Nik Kronwall

- Better then Hatcher

Goalies:

Dom Hasek

Curtis Joseph

- 2 of my favorites

You dont have to give a reasoning if you dont want too, but you can if you want.

Also, if some of you would like, you could do the 80's too. Be creative too :)
