DatsyukRules 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2008 I love his little celebration he does afterward lmao. I think the NHL players need to have better celebrations after big goals (or saves). Kinda like how the NFL was 2 years ago...but definitely not as often. It would get ridiculous if someone did it after every goal or even in every game. It would have to be a special rare occasion, but I'd like to see it nonetheless. Remember Selanne's glove throw?
Z and D for the C 712 Report post Posted February 21, 2008 I hate it in football how some players celebrate like they're the king of the world after each ******* tackle, let alone the s*** they do for touchdowns. Player don't need to make themselves look like idiots when they do something good. What he did was pretty funny though. I do think however that that's a ***** way to save on a penalty shot. (Which I'm guessing it was)

(Which I'm guessing it was) I agree, most of them look like idiots. Its got a lot to do with why I don't watch the NFL anymore.(I miss Barry!) He must have been getting sick of the shoot outs making it tuff on goalies so he saw a guy with his head down and went for it. Either way, he cracks me up. Score one for the goalies! (Which I'm guessing it was) Why? All the skater had to do was look up, and skate around the goalie to score on an empty net...Shame on him for staring at the puck the whole time... T.Low 1,011 Report post Posted February 21, 2008 That video has been posted here already iirc. Goalie's name is Miroslav Kopřiva. I figured it must have been here some where but after a certain amount of research that turned up nothing, I thought I'd post it. If you read down the link some people seem to think he was teasing the shooter as if to say the shooter was blind (blind man dance) and other people seem to think he was saying that even if he were blind he still could have stopped the shooter. Do you have any certain explanation for his demonstration? Is it a common European thing, or did he improv it on the spot? I think he is teasing the shooter for not seeing him coming, as if the shooter is the blind man. Either way, I like his passion.
