rage 24 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 Is it just me, or did TSN take off all the Player Flaws, Assets, and Potential (not sure if those were the correct names for those)?? http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/teams/players/bio/?i...nhl-maple_leafs http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/teams/players/bio/?i...e=nhl-red_wings http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/teams/players/bio/?i...bname=nhl-kings Why would they do that? I really enjoyed those short descriptions of the players!

seeinred 1,488 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 That's the 1st thing I did when I heard we got him. I, too, was disappointed to find out about their removal.
rage 24 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 I hope that they are just doing a massive update of sorts!
swiss_redwingfan 5 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 (edited) I hope that they are just doing a massive update of sorts! you can find the same bio-information on sportsnet.ca: http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/players/Brad_Stuart/ I think the database of tsn and sportsnet is the same, brought to you by forecaster.ca! Turkey 0 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 They totally removed the strengths/flaws. I'm so annoyed.
WhiteLightning91 105 Report post Posted February 27, 2008 I notinced that as well yesterday. Even though I disagree with many of them, I still enjoy reading them to get a feel for players unfamiliar to me. Sportsnet has pretty much the same thing though so you can just go there if TSN never puts their's back up.

MacK_Attack 108 Report post Posted February 28, 2008 Sportsnet has pretty much the same thing though so you can just go there if TSN never puts their's back up. I'm wondering if TSN is going to do their own player analysis'. I'm sure they didn't like having the same player breakdown as their rival.

datsyukismyfriend 4 Report post Posted February 28, 2008 i'm hoping tsn is updating them because both theirs or sportsnets haven't changed in years.
Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted February 28, 2008 The bios that TSN uses are from the Sports Forecaster, not anything they've written themselves. They could now be in the market to write their own reviews of players.
