CenterIce 83 Report post Posted April 12, 2008 NBC HD (time warner) good feed however it's "paused" a tiny bit during the game. NBC puts out a 1080 signal, unlike some other stations that put out only 720. The local NBC station also has a weather channel that puts a strain on that signal. Plus, Comcast really compresses the signal. Also, if you have a lot of people watching the game, in a local area, it puts a strain on the signal, as well. All that contibutes to that choppiness. WingNutNorCal 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2008 I have comcast and my feed on HD is awful. Choppy and giving me a headache. I am so mad!!!!! I know its a little late, but I too had the same problem with the choppy HD channel with Comcast. after it pissed me off enough I changed the channel back to standard definition. When I went back 10 minutes later it was fine. Not sure what I did, if anything. I know its not helpful to you, but at least your were not alone.
