I don't want Pens to win tonight either, but would them having extra time off really benefit them? If you remember after they swept the Sens, they came out pretty rusty the first game 2nd round, and were down. I don't remember if it was late 2nd, or beginning of 3rd period where they started skating and making a come back. I think if that was to happen against Detroit, they wouldn't let the Pens back into the game.

I think it would help them. They dont play the wings very much, and two extra days off going into a Stanley Cup Finals series would give them two great days of studying our team. Plus, i dont think any team would be going into a stanley cup finals series Rusty no matter how much time they had off.

Suspect officiating again in my opinion. Philly is playing much better and stronger in the first period here but hell they have been on the power play for most of the period... The only thing i woul dhave to say is atleast our penalty kill looks better than pitt's...

Whats with Briere contacting the goalie, scoring and it counting.

BTW, thes teams look like s***.

The Rockford Ice Hogs would kill Philly.

Welcome to Eastern Conference hockey. :P

After watching the Wings for years, every team looks sloppy in comparison.

Thing I don't understand, when guys get into a scrum, why take just one guy? IMHO, either take both guys involved, or don't take either of them. Kinda stupid to give one team a PP out of scrums, seeing how players from both teams were involved.

And Briere's goal shouldn't have counted, seeing how that was clearly goalie interference.

They are trying to limit the scrums and are only taking the one that started it.
