Once again, I understand why the call was made. I don't know if I would have called it like that, but I understand it because of how I saw it. Perception is everything. I never said it was a correct call. I never said it was the best call in the history of hockey. Just that I understand it when it happened and where the perception comes from. As for the announcers, I am sure a vast majority of people on this forum would agree with you on that statement. According to the numerous wings fans here, the announcers are tools that man love Crosby and hump the Penguins leg. They hate it when the announcers discuss the Penguins which, according to them, happens ALL the time and the Wings get no appreciation. What are you talking about? They were either good calls or bad calls. The vast majority of people discussing the inteference calls, not just Wings fans, feel that they were bad calls. You make no sense with your "I understand it" but "I don't necessarily agree with it." blather. The "perception" of the refs is that they had Theirien & Crosbaby in their minds whining about noncalls all series. Fluery was tapped on both occasions, and flailed worse than Dom. You seem, from the majority of the posts from you I have seen, to get your rocks off going against the grain all the time and being condescending to "Homer" Wings fans. I honestly can't remember seeing a post by you that would signify you actually like the Wings at all. I'm not saying drink the kool-aid and put on rosecolored glasses, but seriously WTF? If you haven't gotten what I have been trying to say by now, there is no sense of trying to explain myself. Go back and re-read. As for me being a fan, well, I am. Just not a homer fan that you will find around here drinking the kool-aid and the rosecolored glasses, but a fan nonetheless. Not that I have to answer to you anyway, but the instant that I come out and support a call that goes against the homer team, the flames just come out easy from members such as yourself.
