So, here is my Yahoo pool team as of today, December 15th.

C - Nicklas Backstrom (WAS)
C/RW- Johan Franzen (DET)
LW - Marco Sturm (BOS)
RW- Jerome Iginla (CGY)
W - Milan Lucic (BOS)
F - Jiri Hudler (DET)
D - Brian Rafalski (DET)
D - Mike Green (WAS)
Util - J.P. Dumont (NSH)

BN - Christian Ehrhoff (SJ)
BN - Jordan Staal (PIT)
BN - Derrick Brassard (CBJ)

G - Marc-Andre Fleury (PIT)
G - Ty Conklin (DET)

I'm really taking a beating in the standings lately after starting the season fairly well. The biggest problem for me is in the net since Fleury has been injured for a long time and Conklin's stats don't exactly dominate head-to-head matches.

Anyone have any advice on this situation?

It's hard to say since I can't see your entire league. May want to look for a free agent goalie. However Fleury is very close to a return.

Question 1: How many teams in the league?

Your in desperate need for a goaltender. Check out the wire for a wvr wire steal. Anderson, Rinne, and some others are in the top ten goalies. Check it out. Your getting killed in goalie stats for sure.

Look at what positions your heavy in and try for a trade. I have had to trade twice for goaltenders. Not the same league but still goalies are so f'n important. Iggy should score you a good goalie. Desperate times call for desperate measures...
