It's ridiculous that his name is on the poll. Don't get me wrong, Conklin's been playing well, but there's several other names that should've been included before putting him on there. C-Dub 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2009 Why isn't Tyris Conkgood on there? He's got 29 wins, 4 SHO, 2.5 GAA, 90.2% SV, and 2 Assists. I'd so vote for Conkgood. It's nice that Conklin is on there but really, that's just silly. He's played well and should be our starter until Osgood shows he's better but seriously, nobody on the Wings roster should be mentioned as a candidate for any kind of goalie award right now. Grim 5 Report post Posted January 14, 2009 dats should win hart in my opinion I concur. well, if he can't earn Hart consideration because of all the other stars on our team... at the very least Datsyuk should be getting Pearson thoughts. the guy is easily top 5 leaguewide consistently the most skilled player on the ice no matter the situation.
