By the way, anybody else notice looking at this that if Calgary and St Louis had swapped seeds along with New Jersey and Washington, all eight matchups would have been divisional? Could have been Sharks-Ducks, Wings-Jackets, Nucks-Flames, Hawks-Blues and Bs-Habs, Devils-Rags, Caps-Canes and Pens-Flyers.

I really like the new wallpaper, I really do. However, and correct me if I'm wrong, but the brackets are out of order; the winner of the Wings/Jackoffs series goes onto play the winner of the Canucks/Blues series, not the winner of the Sharks/Ducks series.

The teams are "re-seeded" following the end of the first round.

Yah, I had forgotten about the re-seeding of the teams. (Quite frankly the way you have it set up helps in figuring out who would play who in round 2). Plus at this point this bracket may be completely accurate for round two, because the Ducks bagged two games in the San Jose Guppie Tank.
