reggiedunlop 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2009 I think Hossa would be a GREAT fit on the Caps. Ovie, Hossa and Green on the same team? That's 110+ goals a season right there. And I wouldn't be too upset if we lost him to them. What the Caps really need is atleast 1 or 2 really solid d-men. Preferably one top 4 guy and one that can play really solid D on the 3rd pairing (a Lilja type guy). It would not hurt if OV and Semin would go in a corner to get a puck or back check once in a while
Mors 201 Report post Posted May 15, 2009 I think Hossa would be great for the WINGS. For the a second there I thought this turned into a Capitals forum. You guys seem more concerned with rebuilding the Crapitals than watching your own team continue to succeed in the playoffs.
stevkrause 1,247 Report post Posted May 15, 2009 hahahahaha people are so f'in ridiculous, I don't even know what to say.... I love how people are willing to BLOW up a 2nd place finishing team, that pushed the Penguins to a game 7 in the SCQF... or any team really... Let me say this loud and clear - eh hem... YOU DO NOT BLOW UP A SUCCESSFUL TEAM OVER ONE PLAYOFF LOSS, YOU MERELY TWEAK IT. PERIOD. - This goes to all you Red Wings f'in MORONS who are always suggesting a whole sale change in OUR roster too. This option is completely out of whack from reality. As the poster above said... you tweak teams after a playoff loss like that, you don't completely detonate it.
