jmad 18 Report post Posted October 5, 2009 I had it last year and it was great. I resubscribed this year and it worked the first evening. Since then every time I log in I just get a screen that says, "come back Oct 1st for live hockey!" that's great. Is anybody else having the same problem? you'd think they'd at least update the page to say that they are having problems. That's why I'm thinking it's something with my account or computer. I'm having no problem outside of the normal NHLN/VS blackouts.

I don't think it's you, that same thing was happening to me. I haven't had to use it since Saturday and my short term memory sucks at the moment, so I'm having trouble with the specifics, but try just going straight to a game you want to watch off the scores at the top of nhl.com instead of clicking on any of the general Gamecenter stuff. I THINK that's how I got around it. Gamecenter's pretty cool and they improved it this year it looks like. Works great for me because I can't get Center Ice. Not like I'd be allowed to have the TV as much as I'd want anyway. My only real complaint is that my connection sucks too much for the HD quality, but that's hardly their fault. Now it opens a new window with the Oct 1st message. No response from customer service. Grrrrr. I've cleared out my cache and tried safari and firefox. Any other ideas? MotorCityMadness 388 Report post Posted October 6, 2009 I had the same issues after the first night, but then last night after sending emails to NHL customer service I clicked on the vancouver - columbus game and it worked just fine. I am assuming whatever problem it was is now fixed.
