Wings_Toledo 233 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 (edited) So I'm watching the Thrashers vs. Panthers game on TV and almost the entire lower bowl is empty, and the entire place is dead silent. Are there even 100 people at this game? How can these teams exist with attendance like this? Edit: Crap, I mispelled the thread title... Hank Dats 'N Homer 81 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 Gotta love hockey haha, Kovy scores and Panthers player Ballard goes to break his stick over the posts and winds up but misses the post and nails Vokoun in the head. Vokoun leaves the game on a strecther...crazy

I thought you were over exagerating, but its pretty empty in the lower bowl, and chances are the people who had upper bowl tickets moved down which makes it even more sad haha. Feldmarschall 9 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 I was watching during the intermission and while the commentator spoke I counted less than ten people in the entire section of the upper bowl behind him. They made Phoenix look good today.
Casey 145 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 The NHL.com writeup says 10,310 were there, but I doubt it- that would have the place more than half full.
