dat's sick 1,002 Report post Posted January 5, 2010 Call me a pessimist but if we squeak into the playoffs as a 7th or 8th seed and have to face Chicago or San Jose, we're gonna have a hard time making it out of the 1st round. I know the Sharks have a history of choking, and the Hawks are still young and have Quennville, but they're both stacked beyond belief and showing no weaknesses so far. Sooner of later the Sharks have to succeed in the playoffs with the teams they have every year. And the Hawks made a good run last year and now they have that experience to build on. However, if we can have a strong last half and climb up to a 6th or even 5th spot, I could definitely see us making a good run. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest mindfly Report post Posted January 5, 2010 (edited) im with the poster above: If the wings make the playoffs it will be the 8th or 7th seed probably and face sharks or blackhawks in the first round and start with 2 away games... not very good, and if they play more in the playoffs they will play more away games then at home through out the playoffs.
