IIHF rules screwed CZ, apparently he had to go retrieve his helmet or leave the ice or it was a penalty. then again, when he lost his helmet, it looked like a penalty. How many damn times are you going to explain that in the NHL you can keep playing if your helmet comes off, but in international play you can't? WE GET IT ALREADY. T-Ruff 47 Report post Posted February 25, 2010 (edited) Awesome game for Canada... nice and easy on my heart, and a statement game. Great coaching by Babs... and brutal coaching by Bykov. Nabokov should've been out at the start of the 2nd period when it was 4-1 and he should've tried to get away from Babcock's matchup of Nash-Toews-Richards which dominated the game and the Ovechkin line. Luongo was great as well making plenty of difficult saves. Overall great showing and great game, Canada should be in good shape for Friday, brimming with confidence.
