Opie 308 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Not sure if any of you saw this today but all the hockey news around here is about the B's scoring 3 shorthanders in 64 seconds.
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Fastest 3 SH goals in the history of the NHL too. Previous record was 4:44 by Winnipeg against Vancouver on April 7, 1995.
crotty99 302 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Just saw that on NHL.com Amazing. Not to take away anything from Boston but the goaltending left a lot to be desired.
Buppy 1,720 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Pretty sick. Good for the Bruins, but that play by Carolina was some of the worst I've seen all season. I mean, after already allowing 2 shorties on that PP, they give up a 2 on 1, and not like immediately after a turnover... 4 guys in the neutral zone watching the defender skate back almost to the dots, only one guy up on the forecheck...and STILL let 2 people get behind them. Also, the penalty was crap anyway. The Hockey Gods handing out some justice perhaps.

Xitium 272 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 Why did my mind automatically assume Manny was in goal? I don't know, but i'm kind of glad he wasn't.
