True.Volchenkov seems out of reach.With Sheldon Brookbank being re-signed by Anaheim,my second choice for the 3rd pairing is John Erskine.What worries me is his salary.I hear its like 2 million,which might be too much. Seidenberg is indeed pretty physical,Volchenkov would be pricier, Sutton would be a good one, he is slightly more expensive than seidenberg though coming off a season with this: Who knows, maybe sutton would be landable, and the Wings D would look like one of the tougher, more physical ones in the league.
