Norwegian Red Wing 107 Report post Posted November 30, 2010 Hey all! I just recieved a signed #19 Steve Yzerman Peterborough Petes jersey with certificate from AJ Authentic. Love the jersey, but at the same time a bit disapointed. The jersey has a "C" on the chest, but as far as I know, Yzerman was never named captain during his time with the Petes - was he? (according to the Petes website, he was not: Click) Wondering if I should just remove the C to get the jersey correct, or if I should keep it on... (If he really was captain of the Petes - then Im the stupid one, and the jersey is 100% fiiine ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Hmm.. pretty sure I read somewhere that he used #19 with the Petes as well.. And when searching (autographed) game-worn jerseys from his time in Peterborough, they all have 19.
