I've him more under "builders" in my book, because he's the guy who's hired to mold young, talented guys into a decent team, and then is usually fired when the team reaches maturity and needs an SOB-coach to push it further into the playoffs. no, I wouldn't call him a players coach, or rather: a good buddy type of coach. Then a few days later, you have to put all your time, effort and strategizinng into a completely different set of players. Very strange week for Bourdreau. Don't know if the Ducks have played the Caps yet or not, but that'll be a fun game. He knows all their tendencies. May even send Parros out there to fight Semin.
