For those who wish to show their support for the Wings but can't grow a beard (either due to gender, age, heredity, work, or spouse who just doesn't get it and therefore neither will you if you grow one), some wise folks on this board came up with a way to do it. This was started in '08, and we all know what happened then, so let's keep it up! The rules are simple: Red for a win; white for a loss. Don't take them off until the Wings get bounced or until the parade down Woodward (maintenance/cleaning allowed). Beyond that, it's up to you. Most of us use embroidery thread, but anything will do. Some people spice it up with jewels, charms, or other characters. Others braid the strands or do other fun things. Personally, I add beads with the initials of each player who scores during that game. Feel free to post your photos at any time.
