I had been a loyal Drew & Mike listener for decades and when WRIF flushed the Drew & Mike show I was bummed to say the least... there was nothing out there that compared. Mike Wolters, the former producer of the D&M show, has since been doing a podcast following in the same tradition as the D&M show and I now have a morning show to listen to again, only in podcast format. The show runs daily and can be found on most of your favourite podcasting apps covering all the same topics that Drew and Mike covered. If you haven't heard it give it a try. These guys have been doing this so far on their own dime and are looking to grow this. This truly is a Detroit Original and a hilarious show that needs listerners and supporters to continue thriving. I never cared for drew and Mike all that much, and I listened to them almost every morning cause I couldn't get 89x at work at the time, their sound effects annoyed me thoroughly. But I wish these guys who are doing this podcast all the best, and hope it takes off. I know quite a few people who liked drew and Mike and I'll pass this info along!
