I'm fine with guilty until proven innocent when it comes to certain things, whether or not he's been proven to be at fault.

These words have no meaning to you, don't they? However, for the sake of thought experiment, project Voynov's situation on yourself, just for a short moment...

I hope you will never be in the situation when current societal landscape leaves you no chance to be innocent until proven guilty.

I hope not either.

Maybe I put that wrong.

This is just a messed up situation all around.

But the NHL gathered the evidence thwy had available and decided it was enough to suspend him until its over with, which in these circumstances I'm fine with.

He's not in jail, so he's still getting his due process...
