Fil is a good player but he can go. He is a play maker not a scorer and he does not play well in a game with any kind of physical play in it. The Wings need somebody who can put the puck in the net for 4m+ and that's not Fil. I think Kenny should have dealt him at the deadline. Holland will over pay him though because Holland won't change this team.

Babcock got caught with a line full of inexperience on the ice and they couldn't get the puck out of their end. LOL at some blaming Quincey for crappy play, have you watched anyone else on the D? Turnover machines.

We can't score so you want to bench our goalie? Do you realize that this is a team sport and if we started benching guys based on poor play or bad breaks that their would be probably 15 other guys benched as well? If you want to flame somebody over the loss then why not Brunner or the fact that the D was awful.

Isn't this exactly the typ of hit the NHL wants to stop? Blind-side, player extremely vulnerable. Even if the principle point of contact isn't the head it's still dangerous as hell.
I honestly felt sick watching that guy lie knocked out on the ice and blood pouring out on the ice. Suspend Gryba a couple of games.
Thing is the league has made it clear that if you have the puck then you are not vulnerable and you must expect to get hit. Do I like this hit? No but if you see all the replays like TSN broke it down you would see that it was indeed a good clean hit with a terrible result. Like Paul McLean said I would be more mad at #61 for making a awful pass. Gryba shouldn't be suspended but likely will get a game. Stuart on Landskog didn't get anything for a similar hit.

That really sucks. Good thing is that the Wings have good depth on D. I am way more concerned with Kronwall's play then having to go with White or Colo. Kronwall was a turnover machine last night. I think the Wings playoff run depends more on Kronner getting his head out of his ass then DD going down. DeKeyser has a really bright future for the Wings. Tough loss.
