Blaming Cleary for playing is like blaming your teal 94 Ford Taurus with 192,000 miles logged for stalling on your trip from Detroit to San Diego. It's really trying, but how much do you expect it to produce under that condition?

I tend to tune out anyone not named Mike Emrick when watching a game on NBC or NBC outdoor versus sports life network.

This team is toast, I've never been so excited for the off-season. Absolutely noooo identity.
Yeah, season is over. The playoffs are overrated anyways. Not even going to bother watching, because this team won't win a game. I get more excited about the offseason anyways. Who will the Wings sign? Thrilling stuff. Can't understand why people get excited over teams that finish in a 4-5 seed. Those teams don't have a chance. Maybe next year the wings can finish with 108 points instead of 100... Then I can finally get excited about the playoffs. Maybe. Only if Hudler/Franzen/Bert are traded over the off season.

You guys are hilarious. I love seeing everyone jump back on the red wings' metaphorical **** once things improve. Many of you are the very definition of bandwagoners. I would love to see what some of you are like in real life. Some of your' comments display a complete lack of character. How do you all handle adversity in the real world? It's a hockey game, a form of entertainment, and guess what. Nothing you do has any affect on the outcome, it's asinine to freak out over such things.

If the last two periods were any indication of how this third will go, I think Babs should have Datsyuk play keepaway in the neutral zone for the first minute. After that, it's all systems go.
