Unless the Caps can swing a deal with the Kracken - there stands a fair chance Yzerman could nab 1 of their 2 promising netminders for a very low price of a 2nd (might have to add a 3rd round pick too or a lowly prospect). Gives me some hope for a faster rebuild.

Interesting how the link I posted earlier shows Cossa at #7 and Wallstedt at #15 (maybe there's sumthin there?). Since I know little of any of these guys (goalies or skaters) I'll just have to trust Yzerman/Verbeek/scouts.
