Mrazek and Larkin carried this team the first half of the season. Neither has played this much hockey at this level before. It is of no shock they have little left at this point in the season. Tired kids and old vets are our best players. Neither able to carry the team a full season. The only positive is that Mrazek and Larkin will be much better next season because of it. -
Mrazek has to get back to form tonight. If the team depends on Howard going forward, Holland won't have the guts to move him in the off-season. Meaning more of the same roster next season.

Green got that much because he is only on a three year deal. He was overpaid for shorter term. Longer deals leads to smaller cap hits.

Babcock also had the team whipped into shape this time of year and actually playing responsible hockey. This team has been a mess all season. Last season they just had that one long slump. -

Call up Russo. Then have a lefty AND a righty on each unit, instead of this one man on the point garbage. Dekeyser/Green, Smith/Russo. Then put Kronwall with Green when he is back. -

The thing with Dats looked like 3 guys loosing their footing and bumbling around on the ice more than anything. Do not get why people are freaking out about retribution. Kadri went down, Dats fell over him. Then Komorov fell over Dats. s*** happens. -
