    Washing a signed jersey

One of the important things is setting the signature - turn the jersey inside out - set an iron on high - make sure that there's something inbetween the jersey when it's inside out - you don't want to set the signature on the other side of the jersey by accident. Take a towel and put it over the area where the signature is (WHEN IT'S INSIDE OUT), put the iron over it a few times. The heat will set the signature. I'm not sure I'd wash it either.....

The minikeg comes with a tap tube but it's not the one for the beertender. You get two or five with the beertender with your purchase.. you can buy the tubes on amazon.com and they are super cheap. It's 11.99 for 10 of them. http://www.amazon.com/Heineken-BT10001-Bee...7825&sr=8-1

    Konstantinov Article

Vladi - I'm with you there... It rips my heart out every time I read an article describing the accident and remembering the reports on tv. I will never forget seeing him play in person. His hits were huge and it was another thing to see them happen in person. Great article.

    Fedorov Signs with KHL Team

It's just proof that our team makes every player look a lot better and play a lot better. He always wanted to be #1 in Detroit... and he had the chance to do it everywhere he's been since the Wings and hasn't done it. I love feds when he was a wing and I cheered for him on the Caps this year (and last). Good Luck Feds!

    LGW Fit Club

WOOHOOO RWL - that's the way! Good work on the 1lb loss already! start keeping close tabs on it as well as weighing yourself at exactly the same time every day (your weight fluctuates all day long). Amazing as this is I was at dance tonight and one of my friends said to me - you look thinner than last week - leaner.. I was like WHOOHOO WII ACTIVE!! I'm off to do day 7!! yippeeeeeeee! Keep working hard RWL - you should think up some goals for yourself so you can reward yourself when you get to each milestone - it'll help keep you motivated.

    LGW Fit Club

Yeah I can't believe it was about a year ago for me too! You just have to stick to your goal and surround yourself with people who are going to help support you in the right ways. Losing weight is just like gaining it - it took time to put the weight on and it'll take time to lose it. Just remember to create good healthy habits that you will be able to maintain long run - remember it's a lifestyle change

RWL87 keep a food journal and definitely start paying close details to food serving sizes. 6 smaller (200-300 calorie) meals are better than 3 where you are bound to eat far more because your body has needed nourishment between those meals to keep your metabolism going. Keep one ounce snacks near by - raw almonds (which are also good for lowering tryglicerides). dried fruits (the combined items give you protien and healthy sugar (make sure the dried fruit isn't dried with sugar that it's natural). Trade out your soda/pop for iced tea. Serving sizes for meat/chicken is a deck of cards and fish is a sunglasses case. Watch bananas and carrots - they are both exceptionally high (highest in sugar quantity)... just like with exercise...keep the foods you eat diverse and try to stay away from eating the same things all the time. Keep healthy snacks around (hard boiled eggs for a quick burst of protien/energy).. and remember if you have all this stuff available and you are eating the six small meals you'll less likely to be hungry and splurge on the wrong things I also love campbell's harvest select soups which are about 100-140 calories per serving size.. Target and Walmart sell these soups the cheapest..they are at least a buck 50 or more at the grocery store. If you are able to - get out and walk for 30 minutes during lunch breaks at work (I'm guessing the weather there is getting to where this would work out best). and above all else - believe in yourself! You will get there! I'm down to the last 10lbs from the weight I gained from my foot injury. I'm dancing 11 hours a week, go to the gym, work out on wii fit and am living a much healthier lifestyle than I was before. I am really happy to be back looking and feeling the way I should Here's to the start of your journey! Remember it's not a diet - it's a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!! It's a better mentality to be in and it'll keep you focused long after you've lost the weight!
