See, I'm torn here. I love the Wings, I've never seen them miss the playoffs and I want the streak to keep going. But what I'm afraid of is if we make the playoffs this year, Holland might get the idea that we don't need to make any chances and keep what he's got. It's just happened too much for me to not expect that. I just wonder if maybe (and I hate that I'm about to say this) if they miss the playoffs, maybe thats a wake up call to Holland.

I just don't get it. Is it our players? I personally think we have quite a few good players, but I don't see them doing much of anything. Is it the coaching? I haven't missed a game in so many years, and I won't stop watching, but man this is not fun to watch. Even when we score, I just don't get that feeling of excitement because of expecting to just go down again. -

Yeah I tried to visit some of the threads to share them as well, but they weren't indexed, so it resulted in a page not found. I'm sure there would have been some fun ones to share.

20 Years, thats absolutely ridiculous in an awesome way. I pulled up the website as far back as I could go, which is in year 2000 and including some screen shots here. Matt has done a tremendous job and this site has come a long way. I wish I could have pulled up something from it's first year, but this will have to do.

Mrazek just not playing like himself today. 4 goals on 7 shots. He can't be too confident right now. Hate to say it, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to switch him out as well - it's just not going good for him today. -

To me, this looks like a budget website. They may have contracted this out to some new company to build and it's terrible. Someone in an early post mentioned the site speed, how it loads slow and I just had to run a speed check on it. Whats really sad is that they didn't put an ounce of effort into optimizing the speed, which has many downfalls. PageSpeed

I love this team and all but it's so frustrating watching them not shoot. I wish they'd start shooting, I don't care if they are bad % shots, you never know what will happen either on the shot or a rebound. -

Larkin has quickly become one of my favorites and he's been excellent for us this season. But to come here and label him as an elite already is a little ridiculous and jumping the gun. I agree with those saying that he'll be elite in the future, I can see it. I just can't label him (or any other rookie this season) that today. With that said, I'm rooting hard for this kid to win the Calder.

Every game, theres these random 15-20 seconds where they show the Ozzy and them while they are not on the air, talking. It looks to me like its a broadcast error, but every game and multiple times a game? Is this being done purposely? -
