I don't think he will or should get suspended. It wasn't premeditated, it was a split second reaction after receiving a cheap hit from perron. The right call was made, and he was tossed. I would be okay if he was fined if the nhl feels the need to send a message.

I was gonna write a CHL list, but it's just every other north american born player plus a few europeans that have played in the nhl the last 40 years or so.

I think the push will be to see if Stamkos can get to 40, which would be very impressive. I bet the winner ends up with 34ish tho.

I think one of the biggest problems with it is almost every diving call is paired up with the opposing teams original call wether it be tripping or something else. And maybe only one in 20 dives ever get called, so its virtually a risk free exercise, most likely you're going to receive a power play but at worse it'll be 4 on 4. They should change it so that even if there is an original penalty that should be called the dive negates it, or change diving to a double minor so the other team still gets a power play after.

That logic makes no sense, if he is indeed our 3rd best shooter then we will lose some games we never had to by putting him in the 5 spot. Putting your 3 best shooters in the first 3 spots gives your team the best chance to win.

Im on the side of white at home because I like seeing the different colours when you go to games. I live near Vancouver and every game it's the exact same, blue vs white. No variety at all.

I was at game 7 of the Canucks Bruins series. It was a pretty crazy experience with how much animosity there was in the series and then having to walk through the riot after the game to get back to the hotel. It was amazing to be able to see the cup presented, not sure if I'll ever have that opportunity again.

Well i think we'll get suter at around an 8 mil cap hit and abby for around 2 mil leaving 9 million in space. And we still have to sign quincy with that. Barring a salary dump trade I don;t think we're getting parise.

On tsn they said Suter has requested teams don;t come meet him in person, he's fine doing it over the phone.

Not sure if this is the best place for this topic, but I'll put it here anyway. Me and my buddy are driving across the States on our way to Toronto from Vancouver in a couple weeks. I've always wanted to see the Joe so we're going to stop by Detroit on the way. We're planning on staying there a night or two. Does anybody have any suggestions on what area to stay, on hotels and also some other attractions to check out? It would be good if the hotels not too pricey, but any advice helps. Thanks in advance.

Some of the choices do seem strange, but the players have to sign off on being on the cover. Nash and Ovie for example have been cover athletes for the 2k series which could explain their absence.
