well i guess the preseason shootout is different from regular reason. i missed the first but i thought it was a terrible game from the wings howard goose and deke were good Z was terrible deke is the most consistent dman we have. he is solid and i love that hes playing on the PP now. i think hes our best defensive dman. now that he gets PP time he might start racking up points too

is deke our #1 dman? cause hes playing like it.

so does Z plan on playing this season?

I think he can be had for a B prospect and a 3rd. but kindl would have to go somewhere anywhere just not here

well it was a one handed hook and kronwall was already falling made it look a lot worse then it was. its almost always called though. inconsistency with these refs hell of a finish by getz. howard was garbage

i dont like the forwards lines defense is acceptable unless they send xo down. waive kindl or lashoff whats the worse that can happen someone picks him? whoopdeedoo i could care less at this point. if someone going to make mistakes i rather it be a kid and one who can make up for his mistake by scoring. i really liked the tats dats helm line and think tats earned a top 6 spot. in preseason tats showed he can score and create plays against other top players where nyquist wasnt as noticeable. sitting weiss doesnt make sense. if you want him to get going you need to play him if you want to trade him you have to play him now it would be a real kick in the balls to play nestrasil over weiss if datsyuk doesnt play. throw him on wing with Z and mule, try to get them all going on the other hand nyquist hasnt looked too hot throw him against some weaker competition to get his confidence going. nyquist sheehan jurco. and then you got your grind line with abs glen and miller/andy i dont believe abs deserves top 6 minutes hes showed it time after time. he had ******* datsyuk at center and still can barely score. babs has to get it out of his head that they NEED a screen in front of a goalie to score goals. homer was amazing and the best at what he did. there is no one else in the league that will ever be able to do what he did. especially not abby or cleary i know my lines will never happen. but i think the most important part is to keep the lines together whether they suck or dont. need to build chemistry. you could see in preseason not many players had any chemistry they didnt know where other players were going to be which lead to a lot of turn overs.
