It is probably just me, but a shot on goal might nOtt be a bad idea, Wings.

that penalty carrying over into OT probably cost us the win. Abby can look upset all he wants, he just needs to stop doing that. After the lousy start (again), I am OK with coming away with a point, and not embarrassed. My bar is set medium-low, here, but it is easier this way. Love them anyway, but... sigh. -

Coreau is 25... but a very different type of goalie, he's big and square. Mraz is (was) mrazzle-dazzle. And I agree with your earlier comment about Bedard. They anointed Mraz as #1 and Jimmy had to save them. He'll learn, or else. Too much, too soon - with a porous defense, that's a tough combination.. It's harder than it looks, being Detroit's goalie. -

His stats are horrible, and it's not ALL the team, sorry. He has to be better than he has been... and of course, the team isn't helping. I am just glad they are starting to score a few again. Those 1 goal for games were starting to undermine my native confidence in them. -

I haven't watched this event since there were actual stars involved. That was probably 15 years ago, give or take. Glad Hank is not going. I think the NHL has to have one player from each team, right? I would have picked Vanek over Nielsen, but I doubt any of the players care. They would rather go to the beach or somewhere warm and goof off/rest. -
