Personally I hope this is true, as I believe it can be another great signing of an older player for the wings. You can never have too many snipers on your power play. Anyone think he would wear #6? 9 flipped upside down.

In a way card collecting is better now. Sure there were more people collecting back then. But now there are less cards that aren't over produced making them more unique. I hope it doesn't turn into the 80's/90's again when there were just way to many sets and now all of them are worth nothing. And with the Autos, jersey, fight straps, pieces of sticks and pads and pucks all embedded in cards now it just is a whole lot more exciting.

I got back into card collecting 3 years ago, when I found my dads complete sets of 68-69 and 69-70 topps. I love it now. I'm on a few of the trading forums and buy boxes every once in a while. I would for sure sign him for around a million. Don't think we could do much more. He would be a great 3rd-4th liner and bring some fire to the team since to win one last cup. Kinda like the new dallas drake with more skill. Although he has already won a cup.

A another great stanley cup playoffs comes to end. While it was not the Red Wings winning the cup, it was still a great playoffs and an overtime winner the truly "made history." Now i will go into hockey withdrawal for the next 4 months. As a hockey fan you can't ask for much more.
P.S. Kane won't need money for cab rides anymore.

If we could bump some salary some how Kovulchuk and Datsyuk on the same line would be amazing. But is not gonna happen with that being said I do like Nystrom being he's a michigan guy, and fits what we need.

Yea Cyclones! My co-worker is Jeremy Smiths Brother (Cyclone Goalie) so I have been cheering for them. Couldn't make it to the game yesterday but glad to hear they won!

Totally Agree worst call of the playoffs so far and a huge game changer. Could have been 3-3 instead of 4-2 if we had a 4 minute power play.

Kinda weird this year that all the East series went to 3-1 and all the west series went to 2-2. I just noticed that.

Simple no. I expected Howard to play like that in game 3. His first playoff game at the Joe, you got to expect some nerves. I Predict he will play great tomorrow, and the wings win in 6. With the nerves gone and having a away and home game in the playoffs under his belt I see Howard playing great.

Cobo Joe's is great. right next to cobo hall. You can park at the JLA lot or right behind Cobo Joes in a small lot.
