Kindl will hopefully get picked up. I'd like to see the guy get a shot elsewhere. For those who think Kenny has only just started trying to trade Kindl, as Ansar posted in his tweet, the Wings couldn't take back salary. For those flaming Kenny for putting Kindl on waivers, would you also be flaming if he sent Marchenko down to the Griffs? The shortened season was his best, and is why he got the contract he did. Unfortunately he found his way in Babcock's doghouse and never got out. If he had built on the promise he showed to get the contract, it would be a completely different narrative. No team is going to cut Holland a break in a trade, and I'd be willing to bet most would give any other GM a better deal than they would Holland. The Wings have been good for a long time and some see them on a downswing. No other GM wants to be the one who reloaded the Wings for another two decades of excellence. Plus, why would anyone waste a draft pick if they know the guy is likely to hit waivers.

Faulk would be awesome, but no way do I see Carolina letting him go.

I'd be iffy for the price The Secret mentions, but I would be sorely tempted. I would not want to give Mantha with all of that. As far as Smith, wasn't he suspended for a head shot his first preseason? How much impact did that have on him, as he seemed to be much more tentative of a hitter afterwards.

I was one of those, and I will glad eat my fair show of crow at this point. He is going to be a great, I think. He isn't there yet as some others have said, but if he stays healthy and maintains his work ethic he will. He has the potential to be a generational player as others have said.

NJ feed just showed a nice replay, said the Devils D were in good position, Richards' pass was just that good. Larkin owned Schneider with his deke.

I am stuck with the NJ feed. They were ridiculously meh about Larkin's goal and made a mild compliment to Richards' pass.

I just want to take a moment to thank those who get to actually watch the Griffins and post the updates for those of us who don't have the opportunity to do so.
