Juklitz do you speak Slovak fluently?

Miller had a good career for himself to be honest. Things could have gone sour for him a long time ago but he got opportunity and it lasted a while. I think he'll be proud of what he's accomplished.
-
I think it's common knowledge though that eastern european countries are more blunt in their expression of language. Right?
-
Lol you know me. I'm just s***ting on CNN for fun. Mostly because Dickie generalized foreign media. Which isn't true at all. Foreign media, specifically in this case European media is some of the best at reporting "Real news" as opposed to mass media in the U.S., I'm trying to keep this non-political so I'll focus on the sports media. To me it seems like european sports media seems to get more info from the european players than the American media does. Over here, if a player talks poorly about their coach or the franchise all the fans get all upset and start pooping on the players reputation. Over there it seems as though guys like Tatar are more willing to be blunt to the press and make statements such as "If I get traded, I get traded" or whatever it was. Can you imagine if he said that to Helene at Free press? Front page news in tabloid fashion. It also probably has to do with the fact that the employer for these players happen to be american/canadian. So obviously they have to be a bit more cautious here. Over there, those players can be a bit more open about things. Anyways, to tie it back to Tatar. The impression I got that was he wasn't happy here and I think he said he wouldn't mind if they ended up trading him.

NHL 17 all day baby

More accurate than CNN was at predicting the election results that's for sure. I'd trust European media over American media anyday, s*** here is way too filtered out than it is in Europe. Mrazek's interview in Europe last year hinted towards him having some issues and no one here wanted to believe it. Then we get a report from Ansar Khan last month that he was being a diva in practice.
-
Should have waived him instead of Miller. But then Bill Berzeench woulda been upset with that move.
-
There he is, with a bit of sarcasm. We all know you're screaming "YESS FINALLY" inside. The really "Axed" Miller's NHL career didn't they Bill Berzeench?
-
Can we waive Dekeyser too?
-
I said legitamate playoff rivalries, not 2-3 games during the season. The only reason Washington/Pittsburgh are "rivals" is because of Ovie and Crosby are #1 picks, but even that rivalry died years ago in 2009 until just recently when they met in the playoffs last year and people tried to hype it back up. http://www.espn.com/blog/statsinfo/post/_/id/117372/penguins-capitals-a-one-sided-rivalry-resumes Our closest rival now is probably Tampa since we met them 2 years in a row in the playoffs but even that one has been one sided thus far.
-
Missing a year or two of the post-season won't make a difference. Not unless we got the #1 or 2 or 3 pick. And we're not getting those thanks to the Avs and Coyotes.
-
Lol no. We would not have gotten a 7th rounder for Miller.
-
He has a point. New account is Jonas Mahonas. He'll show up to the party soon.
-
Lost the job after injury not because of personal skill. The other poster makes Howard sound worse than he actually is. And no one is denying that Mrazek stole the job last year (only to lose it again and then get it back in the playoffs)
-
No. The was the last legitimate playoff rivalry in the NHL. It could have been Pittsburgh/Detroit but that didn't last with the league parity becoming so high.
-
Lets see. Um. Selected to 2014-15 All-star game Selected for 2014 Olympics in Sochi Had a consistent year this season in 2016/17 and led the league in GAA and SV% and maintained top 3 in those categories until injury. So.. that's two posts where you've spoken gibbrish about Howard. Can we stop now? Lol.

Ain't that the truth Apollo
-
His best career year was the year after Lidstrom retired. Hahahah.
-
I'm not baiting you lol. Will people stop acting so childish and crying about almost every argument against them as being baiting and trolling? I've seen it like 3 times since yesterday. Some of you have no idea what baiting/trolling really is. In regards to the play, what do you expect them to do? Gus was by the blue line rushing back to O'riely, Z was trying to go in front of the next then skate over to O'Riely, idk wtf Ericsson was doing. The responsibility lies on Dekeyser for losing his man to begin with. And obviously Dekeyser wasn't looking the wrong way, that was a joke to caption the picture. People bite hard in this league whether they're Swedish or American, get that out of your head dude. And come on, are you really trying to put Z in the same sentence as Gus and Ericsson when it comes to defensive IQ? I mean it's no question he isn't the same defensively he was a few years ago but where were you the last 14 years when he was playing Crosby, Malkin, Toews and being nominated for Selke etc.
-
Datsyuk had a better stick than Lidstrom hunybunch. Also back on your usual racist/stereotyping the Swedish players eh? I thought we ended that crap after your years of whining about how the Swedes value international games over the Red Wings (until they sat out the international games last year and you finally admitted defeat). Look again, O'Rielly was our American boy Dekeyser's man who fell flat and lost his man. Yer lookin the wrong way DK!

Interview with John Wharton (former Red Wings trainer)
kickazz replied to Hockeytown0001's topic in General
Awesome interview man. Loved hearing the Yzerman bits from him. -
Of course not. This isn't about you, I was merely making a general point

Well I know DK and Abby we're off but I didn't know Ansar Khan was playing
