Don't like it. He got stitched up and with a shot of local pain relief it should be fine. I have had stitches all over and it shouldn't be an issue for him. Perhaps something else bothering him? -

If I was Cooper, I'd break that line up and sprinkle the talent to nullify our checking line. So it will be interesting come puckdrop to see what Tampa will conjure up and what Detroit's staff will counter with. -

He (Pulkkinen) has had 4 months to work on his shot setup. He's a midget but he's not stupid. I am willing to assume he has done what he needs to stay in the league. He has the tool(s). If he clicks it could change things to the positive on the power play. I am all for letting him play if only only on the PP. -
And Mason is not a good goalie on top of all said. Without superb goaltending Philly is overexposed. This will be over in 4 or 5 games.

The Ghost Bear has been anonymous this series. Probably rookie playoff nerves, he looked a little shaky in game 1. Philly need him to take it 5 games or more.

He's quite small, about 5´8. One good hit from a defender has the chance to injure him. He hasn't got caught big yet though. I think we got him last series. He hurt his hand, unsure if it was broken or some ligament damage. It was from a hit.

Luke Glendening was great. First star of the game if you ask me. Smith good, Mrazek good. It's scary how aggressive he plays, he's out 10 feet from the net at times. If Glenny can't perform as well in the next game we are going down. As a side note Zetterberg exceeded 3 miles per hour in this game. Not by much but I haven't seen him this "fast" for about a year. -

I noticed Quincey hobbling slightly during game 2, hardly noticeable unless you glimpse it and focus in on it. I'm guessing an upper leg injury. With that said the noble Ericsson stays in of course. How rude. -

Keys to the game: Raise our forwards shooting % or lower their goalie save %. Method: Have Jonathan Ericsson deliberately crash goaltender Ben Bishop resulting in a 10 game suspension. Two birds in one stroke. -
Dallas looking damn good in their shutout win despite missing Tyler Seguin. On that note, Boston letting Seguin go is another blunder that makes me comfortable having them missing the playoffs. Just plain stupid.

Would be nice but man that's asking a lot from a teenager. I would be content with Larking at 2C with a veteran winger. I would have said Z as his winger but he's just too slow. If he can get some speed back in the offseason that would be a nice trainee line.
