The nhl.com stat sheet has Pearson wearing 79, though I do remember the commentators mentioning Ford earlier in the game.

We took Chase Pearson in the 5th round in 2015. He played for the University of Maine last year and is wearing number 79 tonight.

I noticed someone mentioned we have "snipers-like Tippet". Um, who are these again, because we have no snipers on this team. There's a reason we haven't had a 30 goal scorer since 2009.

A 6"6 goalie. I checked eliteprospects and his numbers look great. Also so much for focusing on defense. Only 2 of our 5 picks so far have been D.
