You can only retain twice on a player, Therefore you can't retain on Petry. As Pittsburgh and Montreal are already retaining on him for 50%.

5x4 isn't a bridge, A bridge is just the years between the ELC and UFA years. Bridge is 2 or 3 years and 4 years takes him to free agency no thanks. 2 or 3 year at $5M is more like it. -

That's probably the offer for Noah Hanifin, But i seriously doubt it gets the job done with Elias Lindholm. Just my gut feeling, That Kane, Ghost and Sprong will be re-signed.

Nope i see both getting extended, Possibly Sprong as well. I think we'll be close, But just out of the playoff picture, Around 14th or 15th overall. -
Maatta will probably be out a while, So Edvinsson was called up. Let the Edvinsson era begin.

LOL Broberg is a bust, Holland would be lucky to get a 5th round pick for him right now, We still need RHD not LHD. I seriously doubt that Edmonton can afford Bouchard long term. And there's absolutely no freaking way Kane waives for Edmonton, He's already stated numerous times that he wants to remain in the Eastern Conference.

LOL Sad that the Wings were up 5-1 after the 1st period, And then the Flyers scored 5 unanswered goals to take a 6 to 5 lead. Luckily Larkin saved our bacon to tie it at 6 apiece and we were able to pull out the victory in the shootout.

For a non-injury, Nyquist did similar to Jared Spurgeon and only got 6 games. 8 to 10 is a royal joke for a non-inured player. No thanks, We need to upgrade the top 4 D, Not another C unless it's Elias Lindholm.

Yeah Maatta was who i was eluding to, just take a 2024 or 2025 4th round pick. And be done with it. Between Mo Seider, Simon Edvinsson and Axel Sandin-Pellikka. Wings in the future should be pretty lethal on the power play and have one of the best D's in the league. All 3 should at least be in the 50-60 point per season mark. If not even higher.

With his 6th goal this evening, Simon Edvinsson has 10 points in his last 7 games. He's as NHL ready as there will ever be. Yzerman needs to start making some decisions on D sooner rather than later.

A future top pairing of Edvinsson and Seider, Would be pretty nasty. Edvinsson with his 6th goal of the season, Heading for a 55 point season with the Griffins. Need to get him in Detroit ASAP.

That was a sweet snipe over Askarov's shoulder by Edvinsson on his 4th goal of the season. Ed is now on pace for a 55 point season with the Griffins. No reason he needs to be playing in Detroit right now.

So sad and heartbreaking Dylan and his wife Kenzy lose their 2nd unborn baby. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Larkin family in this sad time.
