According to Friedman McGroarty could be available. Wonder what it would cost.

There's rumors that Chevy has interest in Berggren. So there you go plus McGroarity is playing another year at Michigan supposedly.

The Athletic proposing a Trouba for Holl trade 1 for 1 with NYR retaining salary?

    https://www.nyrangersinsider.com/nhl-team/new-york-rangers/potential-trade-on-the-table-for-jacob-trouba-to-eastern-conference-rival

Trouba is only 30. Needs out if the spotlight. Could be a big help on D. We'd have to definitely dump some other salary somewhere!

    It makes total sense, As we're basically getting Trouba for 2 x $4,600,000 Trouna $8,000,000 - Holl $3,400,000 x 2 years comes to $4,600,000 x 2 for Trouba,

As of 2 days ago it was Catton.   When/Where did you see this?

Sorry my bad, it was Corey Pronman that said Michael Hage to Detroit I was way off. I don't see Berkley Catton falling to 15th overall though.

I've been looking at some kids that might/could be available at #15.    This is my order and why.

#1   Stian Solberg    LD who lists Seider as his favourite player, has nice edge work and can be nasty like Sieder and Kronwall.

#2.  Michael Hage C  a tonne of offensive upside and a good compete level.

#3  Carter Yakemchuk RD   great shot, big kid with okay wheels

#4.  Michael Brandsegg Nygard C a tougher Bear-grin clone that might stick at C

If Catton or Silayev slip..... pretend you didn't read this.

Any one of these guys would be sweet.

  5. Hage or MDN will be a Red Wing, I could really see Hage as our future 2C with Nate Danielson on the wing. Plus Hage is heading for Michigan a perfect fit and can watch him develop in our own neighborhood.

Iginla is the man of this draft.  He's Lucas Raymond, but left handed.  I don't think there's a better player in this draft.

Sadly he isn't falling anywhere close to 15th overall, He won't get past Calgary at number 9.
