1 year $3,000,000 i'd imagine for Patrick Kane, And with nearly 25% of the season gone it'll be pro-rated down to $2,750,000 could be closer to $4,000,000 and pro-rated to $3,750,000 we shall see.

I think only way Edmonton is taking on more right now is if they unload Campbell first. Rumor is teams are asking for a 1st and a 3rd to help Holland with that. That's pretty steep, but he might have to bite the bullet soon. Can't keep playing Calvin Pickard.
LOL Bouchard and Draisaitl was meant as sarcasm. Just suggesting that any Goalie Yzerman sends to Holland will cost him dearly.

I really don't hate these. The top line is going to sacrifice possession a lot but hopefully can score beyond their mistakes. They'd have to be utilized carefully. The 2nd line is a hell of a matchup line since all three are responsible players. They would score a decent amount as well since Copp and Compher have the puck a lot and can both make plays to set up Raymond. This third line could do some serious offensive damage and would be a load to deal with given their size/skill combo. The fourth line is "blah" but it worked yesterday and I don't hate it against weaker competition.
Sabre fans have said that they're close to signing Kane, Looks like we're out. Buffalo is willing to give him a multi year deal.

That was a sweet snipe over Askarov's shoulder by Edvinsson on his 4th goal of the season. Ed is now on pace for a 55 point season with the Griffins. No reason he needs to be playing in Detroit right now.
