IMO, those three last game looked more unbelievable than if you reunited 14 with 43 and 62. I just feel 14 needs to sit to get the message across. There is no way AA nor Mantha should ever be a healthy scratch again.

Sit 15 and 14. Put 43 and 8 in their spots on my 3rd line. Let 15 and 14 earn their way back in.

I'll tell you why the PP stinks, you got Nyquist on one unit and Tatar on another. They can't score at all, they're going to hinder the PP even more...bet you if you put the 72, 51, 62 line out there tonight on the PP, they score.

What I don't understand is, Blashill can scratch AA to send him a message, yet never scratches Nyquist, Tatar or Sheahan to send them the same message. Here's to hoping Abby and Helm are out for the season, not because I wish ill will on to them, but I know damn right that AA and Mantha will be the ones scratched, not Nyquist or Tatar.

So, I'm actually watching tonight. Looks like Blashill has stumbled upon some good line combos. Glenny looks good back on the 4th, eh? I love 62, 51, 72. One change I make, drop Tatar to the 3rd with Sheahan and Nyquist. Move Larkin up with Z and Mantha. 39 - 40 - 71 72 - 51 - 62 14 - 15 - 21 20 - 41 - 29

Imagine my surprise coming here and not seeing anything to do with a trade. Ken Holland cannot believe this team will get any better...even with Green and Abby and Helm returning, whenever they return. Maybe we'll get 2008 green, Helm and Abby back? We held out for so long hope for a different 2008 player to return, we can't lose again can we?

I hate to admit it, but the only thing going to fix this team is a fire sale and let the kids develop and build a core and learn together how to win. We also need a head coach/GM with full control and not afraid to make bold moves. We need an impact coach who gets what he needs from his GM. Maybe get a guy who can be both.

I don't like it. No one D man is going to turn this around. Fire sale your overpaid under performing forwards and D for extra draft picks, play all the kids, try to get the #1 Overall, if you get it, trade it to Calgary for Hamilton and their #1. Draft Foote. But we all know Holland will try to just make those playoffs. Mantha for Hamilton would ok, but I like my idea better.

Absolutely THE best Detroit Red Wings team I've ever watched. They'd even take out the '02 team.
