guess it's time for American Idol reruns....Holland likes his team.

I say bring this guy up to play in Kronner's spot. Throw him in and lets see what he's got. They did it to DD when they first signed him, and he was very instrumental in helping them get to the playoffs. Renouf certainly cannot do any worse than a few of our current defenders...

Ok, no one is saying he should retire because he is the reason this team stinks. He is just a broken down shadow of himself, and if the Wings had more than 2-3 more talented people around him, he would NOT be our leading scorer. He cannot continue to carry this team on his back, its broken. If Holland does not get help to take the pressure off him, then he should retire, instead of continue to break his body down until he cannot move anymore. He's already way slower and less effective than he has ever been. The wear is killing him slowly. Yzerman won a Cup on one leg, but he didn't have to carry that team on that one leg. The rest of the team won that Cup, Yzerman was there to lead them emtionally and spiritually more so than carrying the team on his broken body like Z is forced to. No doubt in anyone's mind that with or without Yzerman that year, they still win the Cup. The way Holland piles this team on Z (and Dats,) if he were to retire, or break in half, this team would falter, because there is no one as good who can carry this team. The point is, Holland better sell off all the s*** and get this team better and stop relying on Old Man Logan to carry this team, or he is going to break, and before he does that, I think he should retire, he half broken now. We have to shed this team of the fat. Dump the duplicate players, and prove to Z and D that this team will win it again, sooner rather than later. Prove that he is hell bent on keeping this team in the playoffs every year and once again, become a serious threat every year. The future is here in Larkin, AA and now Mantha, but they need some now players to carry this team until the future is good enough to carry this team. Nyquist and Tatar are not it.

He's only leading the team in scprint because the rest of the team is horrible. He is a broken down version of himself. Every year it's the same thing..."this year Z will be 100% and he'll dominate again..." you get over it, he's broken down. Regarding the gm, we all now know who the brains of this operation was, Scotty. No doubt about it. Holland rode the coattails of scotty until he left and you are now seeing just how Holland is on his own.

Players that MUST NOT be in a Wings uniform next season: Howard, Ericsson, Richards, Quincey, Helm, Nyquist, Smith at all cost. I honestly think Z (God Bless him) should retire. Trade the overripe guys in GR or just keep them there.... When I say draft day fire sale, I mean it. Trade all this dead weight for draft picks. Sign a HUGE scoring forward (Stamkos) and fill the rest with your kids from GR. I like Abby, but no way he is worth the money he got...what a waste. Another contract that in 2 years will be an albatross to this team and untradeable. Bring up Mantha, Bertuzzi, Russo, Hicketts, Renoef, Nosek to replace the fire sale players above. Sign a nice back up goalie or let Coreau take it. Throw millions of $$$$ at Larionov to try to convince him to come be the Asst/PP coach. It's time of Ilitch to step in a take control of his team....again.

Ken Hollandf****** f***ed the fans of this team! He ruined the team....I am sick of the kicking tires and listening to "hockey move" chatter! He had a chance to make changes and he didn't. No reason they should be getting outplayed like they are...If Abby isn't going to be the piano mover on Pav's line, then why the f*** is he still on it? This is why you have a tough(er) player playing on your best player's line, to protect him from s*** like that! Shanny, LaPointe, Avery, Downey...they'd never let that happen with no retribution. Again, why the f*** is the Glenny line playing more than AA!?! AA is perhaps our best young star (in the making) on this team and he gets s*** on for icetime!

Why the funk IS AA barely out there? I've seen Glenns twice during that play and not AA...
