Now with problems scoring, possibly missing the playoffs, and with a new arena in 2 years, I could see Holland making a big move. I'm sure the majority of Wings fans being ok with trading a guy like Nyquist and Big E, not re-signing Helm, and making a couple other cap moves to bring in Stamkos.

If Holland can move some salary, Stamkos to the Wings makes sense to me. We have a lot of pieces in place, and why wouldn't Stamkos want to play on the same line with Larkin? Plus Detroit is close to Toronto, so his family can come see him play. If missing the playoffs means a top 10 draft pick and Stamkos, I'm on board. I haven't been listening to any rumors, so if I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I have a hard time thinking Stamkos wants to play for the Leafs.

A day late, but I was at the game. Best game I've seen live! I lost my voice yelling. Fans, myself included, were still yelling outside on the street walking to our cars. It was the first time I saw 3 on 3 in person, man it was awesome!

With no Mick and Ken tonight, I put on the Canadian broadcast of the game. Once again I had to mute the TV! Canadian hockey broadcasts are the worst! I just get too riled up, and it's not worth it! I don't care what part of Canada players are from, and I can't stand all the constant talk by the announcers. It's like, being Canadian, they have to prove how smart they are. I've been watching hockey since I was 5, I don't need that much analysis. I want to hear the crowd, and the music played at the arena, not all the yap, yap, yap by the suits behind the mics. They ruin the game!
