Have to say I'm kinda disappointed to see Pominville go to Minnesota...and Gaborik to the Blue Jackets? I wasn't expecting to Holland to do anything, but it still feels kinda s***ty.

Clowe isn't the top 6 scorer Holland is looking for, but I'd definitely take him — the Wings getting bigger and more physical can only help the team after realignment, but that would also require more than a rental.

Based on the data you've provided, I'd say White/Cola would be ideal but probably not realistic. I actually think Huskins was pretty reliable.

I feel like Dekeyser has been set up on a silver platter for the Wings, they just need to move in and make it happen. They've got every possible advantage over the other 29 offers this kid is gonna get...hometown, WMU, friend's with Nill's kid, loves the Red Wings...GET ER DONE KENNY!

Seemed like a smart play by Tootoo to me, why let Ericsson head to the box for 5 minutes when we're already desperate as hell on defense?...Tootoo stepped in, clocked Dorsett, and handled the situation. Dorsett is just embarassed, his comments to the media are indicative of that.

This is great news, I hope someone signs Hudler for $4+ million and he has a long successful career. This Wings can't afford to pay this much for a one-dimensional player, I won't be sad to see him go.

I don't believe that Bertuzzi or Ericsson are going anywhere, especially with Babcock's recent harping on the Wings' lack of "big bodies." They'll be with the team at least through the end of their current contracts.

How is this even a topic of discussion? If you're going to start picking apart the team this early in the season, at least stick to the guys making double or triple Bertuzzi's salary who also haven't done jack s*** so far.

Osgood should have been the bigger man here and retired...he's hardly played in 2 years, IMO this doesn't really help the team at all. I'd be more comfortable with Conklin.
