Right there with ya... I have faith in Holland (ehh somewhat lol) But I want to get one of these high end studs that are pretty much guaranteed to be stars. Holland needs to grow a set and take chances sometimes. Not to the point where he's gambling away the whole present and or future. But make those big splashes from time to time. f*** the Kyle Quincey's and Cory Cross's. DO SOMETHING KENNY BOY!

I agree. That changes his mind on his team's status like a woman changes outfits. (Sorry ladies ) But Feaster was supposedly in rebuild mode, whats this guy doing? One day he's a playoff push team the next a rebuild the next a mix of both lol. Oh man oh man.

Yeah hearing the commentating about that they got cap space and will be in on the Parise sweepstakes makes me cringe. Kenny f'n Powers, err Holland better throw the bank and hook Parise up with all the possible incentives. I got my heart set on Suter and Parise. SAY NO TO PITTSBURGH!

That roster is HOTTTT! However with that being said, I think that is just the dream roster. I can totally see Parise and Suter, but I don't see Holland trading for Ryan. He just doesn't seem to pull off trades that have a huge impact like that. I mentioned in another topic I want him to pull a blockbuster though! Like when we acquired Hasek. I would love to bring in Keith Yandle. I don't know who I'd be willing to part with though, especially if they want a center. I will say this though, I hope Holland does something HUGE. Wether it's landing Parise AND Suter or making a trade for a big name player that will help us. Like a "shocker" type when we traded for Hasek!

With the Flyers as my second favorite team after Detroit that is one thing I love about them. They got their core talent but have all those young guys just waiting to emerge; with Read and Couturier being the top two. I am right there with you though; I wish the Wings had some assets or some balls to move into the top ten and grab some of that high end talent!

Like stated, bottom line is that he's not going to be traded. We are hurting on the back end as it is already. Unless we include him in a trade for someone upgraded from his play then he will be in a Wings uniform. I don't think he was all that bad, and his cap hit is nice so he'll be here this year.
Hope the Wings cash in!
