I too strongly dislike Seinfeld and find it irritating. I also liked Waterworld even though it was a box office flop. I think "Manga" and "Anime" is a fancy way of adults trying to avoid saying they watch cartoons.

It annoys me when people say "The book was better" after seeing a movie, or constantly say "That's not how it happened in the book" during the movie. Who wants the movie to play out identical to the book and know exactly what's going to happen from start to finish anyway? There are always differences. Besides, if I wanted to read the book instead of watching the movie, I would have read the book instead of watching the movie.

If Glendening was going to pull a hat trick out of his rear, this would be the game to do it.

All of a sudden, 1st in the East. You gotta love the prowess of this squad and the consistent winning, it's a heck of a lot less stressful than the injury plagued previous season that seemed to diminish the spirit of a lot of the fans. Let's continue the winning ways, the butt pats, and the dignified victories. It's a lot more fun all around when things are rolling this smooth.

I have yet to do the VOG myself, i've been waiting for a couple friends to level up to an appropriate range before we try to tackle it. I'd like to do it from start to finish, from what I understand, it's quite the lengthy raid. It would likely be worth it if the raid gear at the end was worth it. I've been sitting on a level 28 Titan for a while, granted I haven't played much here lately, i've been struggling to get my light up and progress a bit further.

Lucky to have gotten out of that one still 0-0. Time to wake up and play the next couple periods guys.

Southeastern, there is only about one hockey fan per 5 square miles around here so I manage.

I like the concept, and I can see things like that coming sometime in the future. It's definitely something I have considered as video games develop and expand, more along the lines of a sci-fi though with multiple planets, races, all human controlled. If you get in your ship and take to space, you actually control the flight, get in space combat battles with other players of opposing rival races, so planning ahead from moving to one planet to another takes time and organization, gathering numbers to insure your safe passage. In the meantime though, I think Fallout 3 and New Vegas did a pretty great job as far as a massive post apocalyptic scenario went. I did always felt like it screamed for at least a cooperative mode so you can take it all on with a friend. Give it time though, games are becoming more massive and technical as the years go by. Dreams of massive, entirely human controlled worlds will be here eventually.

Yep, this is the case, I read the same earlier today.

I'm a fan of guys like this, Chris Neil, Cal Clutterbuck (not so much a fighter but man does he hit), guys who have a strong physical presence but actually have a bit of offensive skill and can put up a few points per season unlike guys like Konopka. Clutterbuck was the short handed point leader on the Wild 2 straight seasons I believe, was great on the PK, and still showed the ability to put up some points. I think he makes a good point, that if you eliminate fighting from the game, it takes the fear out of players a bit more to lay out hard hits and cheap shots to other players when the only risk is a fine and/or suspension opposed to getting your face bashed in and answering for the physical output they inflicted. I also respect the drive, it's like any job, if you aren't succeeding in a certain role, take on a different one and see if you can improve your value and make your presence known by gaining more tools. Guys like Prust dig in hard, give it their all every night because if they don't, they risk potentially losing their spot to someone else that can contribute more.
