I wouldn't be opposed to AA on either of the top 2 lines either, just tossing that out there. But you know, Abby and Errorson contracts. -

Yeah that's to my knowledge also. Nielsen shouldn't be buried on the 3rd line. When given the chance he's a very high tier playmaker, I think if he had a finisher like Z and someone willing to shoot more like Frk and Tatar we would be creating something. I don't think Nielsen has been used to his potential since he got here, he was a valuable part of a bad Islanders team. -

But why keep the scoring line together? Downright logical, that's not Wing's hockey. -

I wouldn't be opposed to trying a Zetterberg Nielsen Frk line with Nielsen at C. Nyquist, and Abby can go stink up the 3rd line with Helm. Nielsen is better than a 3rd line center imo. -

Sweet home Arizona? So Frk on the 3rd line now and Abby on the 2nd. Way to reward the kid for a strong start to the season, drop him down a line. -
That's probably my fault, i'm so sorry. I'll gladly make any adjustments to fix it for tonight's game.

Howard back, playing a sub-par team. I like our chances. 5-2 Wings Daley gets his first of the season, the Larkin line tears it up. Sheahan doesn't score. LGW! -
Hate to be this guy, but that Mrazek turd was the difference maker, or we'd be 2-2 going into OT most likely. Decent team effort, kind of a lazy first two periods. Likely at least an OTP with Howard in net. Til the next one.

Not liking this no goalie with 2:30 left stuff.. we are only down by 1 not 2.
-
There's a section of the forums for NFL talk, and it sure isn't the GDT of the Wings game.
-
And of course, Errorson with the wind up and the universe says nope, no stick for you.
-
Throw it on net, good things happen. I've heard this all my life watching and playing hockey.
-
Mantha! Nice shot.
-
Covering the puck is hard.
-
If Jensen goes when Kronwall returns, we have a more serious issue than we even realize. He's been quiet, but isn't making mistakes either.
-
If any line needs to get shuffled, it's this 8 51 43 line. Talk about no chemistry out there.
-
And here we sit again, nearly 30 shots against us already with 7 minutes left in the 2nd. Can only give up 40-50 shots per game for so long until these losses turn into losing streaks. Howard can't be brilliant every night. And wth Sheahan on the PP
-
He may never.
-
It kills me, and it did all last season, how he can come up with two brilliant saves like the last two right after the terrible goal. Yet those terrible goals never cease to get by him constantly. A lot of people wondered why he wasn't protected, a lot of people felt like he should just be thrown into the starting job. Consistency, or lack there of, makes or breaks a starter. He hasn't found his yet.
-
Okay there's the Mrazek stinker I was waiting for.
-
Another one quick here and take the momentum. Get back in the offensive zone.
-
I'll have my Abby flavored crow with a side of Little Caesars garlic sauce please.
-
Take one back here, let's bring our non-lazy PP
-
This exactly. Mrazek's size was his enemy, unstoppable shot unless he had the body size of Bishop. This is a bad team start, I don't really pin either on Mrazek. First one I could understand a debate, but that 2nd was a perfect blast.
