Why does Nike have to mess with a traditional jersey like the Buckeyes. Nike is rumored to change Michigan's jersey next. I can't wait to see what Nike does to tweek UM's classic jersey. Which makes it that much more disappointing. Let's take a class, recognizable jersey that still looks good, and replace it with a generic one that looks like every other red-colored school. I like what they did to U-M's last year, but I hope they don't keep touching them. Looking at the pic, I think the OSU jerseys look fine. At least it's not a huge makeover...... Thinking about it, I'd much rather have these than those hideous experiments they came out with last season. I mean, I'd rather be understated than come out looking like the Oregon Ducks, but its just so generic. Its hard to tell how good it will look without the silver pants and helmet setting it off though. I'll give it a good chance, but I think its a mistake. Nike already screwed up Michigan's jersey. The white road jersey has that stupid-ass bib-piping similar to what Miami wears, only it's in maize and it's a very thin line as opposed to a big thick stripe, so it doesn't show up well against the white. But yeah, just wait til Nike decides to outfit Michigan in VT-style crap with one maize sleeve on the blue jersey. Barf. F##k Nike and their uniform designs.
