Anyways.. it was a tough one for the ducks and i thought it was a good series (not just because we won) the detroit red wings proved to be the toughest series so far and like i saw in a post on these forums the Detrot red wings helped the ducks prepare for Ottawa and i do think that the ducks will win it (of course i say that since iam a ducks fan and all or most of the detroit red wings fans think we will get owned) anyways.. again good game had me jumping up and down at the end...:clap: to all the red wings.....

I think the poor officiating was the toughest series so far.

It's amazing how a few lucky bounces and a few bad calls could decide the series.

I really wanted to curse at you, but I will keep it to myself.. lol.... good series, and good luck in the finals.. I would root for the Ducks, but I don't want to see the goon Pronger win the cup, or that little rat Perry..

It was a great series, 6 games but felt more like 7 to me. I think I know how San Jose felt, Anaheim was by no mean dominant in any area (aside from overtime maybe) but they found ways to win and took advantage of every oppurtunity they were given. Definitely a clash of two teams and while I know a lot of our fans felt we deserved to win that series, I knew from the beginning every game would be decided by who capitalized on what they were given and as little as one lucky bounce would decide a game.

Good luck against Ottawa, they're a beast right now but this series has taught the ducks how to beat adversity so I'm expecting it to be a long battle to the finish line.

I too think Detroit helped prepare the Ducks for the Finals. The Wings are a tougher team to beat than the Sens no question. Plus Ottawa really wasn't tested in the previous 3 rounds. Buffalo was to small and couldn't forecheck. Just wait until the Sens have to face Anaheim's size and speed.

Good luck in the Finals, I think you'll win in 5. I usually cheer for the Western Conference, just like how I cheer for the American League in MLB, NFC in the NFL, and Eastern Conference in the NBA. This year is no different.

The Ducks are certainly the luckiest team in the playoffs.

I watched the entire Anaheim vs. Vancouver series, and I have to say that the Canucks deserved much better in that series than the 4-1 outcome that it turned out to be. Much like the Wings, the Canucks suffered throughout their Ducks series with (a) key injuries to several top players, including their best 2 D-men, (b) dismal officiating, and © some very unlucky bounces that went the Ducks way

All of this despite the Canucks outplaying the Ducks in at least 3 of their 5 games.

The Wings suffered much the same fate, and also desrved better. Again, the luckier team won, not necessarily the team that played the best overall, or had the most heart.

And Pronger is a goon. I hope somebody on the Senators decks him really good in the finals. The Ducks go out of their way to try and intentionally injure key players. Watch them try to injure Spezza, or Alfredson.
