Obviously you can switch around with our forwards because they're all pretty versatile. Datsyuk - Zetterberg - Holmstrm Franzn - Filppula - Bertuzzi Cleary - Draper - Grigorenko Maltby - Kopecky - Samuelsson I like the way our team line's up just now.If only they could stay healthy. I do think that Kindl may be ready to break into the lineup ,and with an addition or two I think the Wings will be good to go next season. eva unit zero 271 Report post Posted May 28, 2007 i say stick him in grand rapids get him use to the smaller rink His contract is officially two-way, but he has a clause that allows him to return to Russia if he's not on the big club after I believe three weeks. So far Ive heard from Sharks fans that a good LWer, a good puck moving offensive Dman, and a cheap physical veteran defensive Dman are SJs priorities and that San Jose doesnt want a lot of salary coming back their way. I think Lilja is pretty close to the latter. As for Grigorenko, we'll have to see. Same with whether or not Hudler will be used as trade bait. Im pretty sure players qualify for bonuses if they spend more than 100 days on IR, so Bert's contract should be incentive-laiden Edited May 28, 2007 by YoungGuns1340

Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted May 28, 2007 His contract is officially two-way, but he has a clause that allows him to return to Russia if he's not on the big club after I believe three weeks. I really hate when players do this. You know, it's basically like we are forced to play these guys, otherwise they leave. Grigorenko could be great, but he could also suck. The NHL should stop crap like this with the "out clauses" that these Russians always like to do. Some of these guys, like last year with Enver Lisen and Alexei Kaigorodov, are basically useless at the NHL level and were assigned to the AHL. They just up and leave, just like that. I really don't agree with the way this situation works.
